Prelude
a. Check the piping system for air and water leakage. If this happens, notify the maintenance personnel to repair it.
b. Check whether the cleaning fluid is sufficient, if not enough, increase the cleaning fluid in time.
c. Start the test run first, and then dry it for 2-3 minutes. Check whether the transmission system (motor, coupling, reducer) and the conveyor belt are moving smoothly. After confirming that everything is normal, production can be started.
d. Turn on the slick oil removal device (except without the slick oil removal device) to start the oil removal. Therefore, when the water pump is still on, the water surface is calm, and the oil discharge effect is the best. After the slick oil is basically removed, the oil removal is stopped, and the oil is discharged. Use the lunch break.
Operation matters
a. The cleaned parts should be neatly placed on the conveyor belt and not allowed to press on the rollers;
b. On the conveyor belt, the cleaned parts should not be piled too much, so as not to affect the cleaning effect.
c. After working, the cleaned parts cannot be parked on the conveyor belt. Press the stop button to stop the whole machine.
The cleaning machine uses different methods to clean the packaging containers, packaging materials, packaging aids, packaging parts, and achieve the expected cleanliness of the machine.
d. The cleaning fluid should be regularly added with water and a certain proportion of metal cleaning agent to supplement the consumption to keep the liquid level at a certain height. If the cleaning effect does not meet the specified process requirements, all the cleaning fluids should be replaced.
