Stainless steel precision casting is a casting method in the modern traditional casting process, which can obtain relatively accurate shapes and relatively high casting accuracy. When designing and manufacturing products, use a better casting method. It can be heat treated or cold worked according to the needs of the product.
The structural design of stainless steel precision casting is as follows:
1. Fair wall thickness. Under the condition of meeting the minimum allowable wall thickness of the casting, it can ensure that the molten metal has good mobility, and can avoid casting defects caused by excessive shrinkage.
2. Uniform wall thickness. Means that the cooling rate of the wall thickness of each part is uniform. The inner partition wall is thin, and the surrounding walls should be thick.
3. Transition connection. Structural fillet: avoid the formation of hot joints; improve the stress distribution; avoid sand damage and blisters.
4. The large plane is inclined. Purpose: Use filling and exhaust to check.
5. Free contraction. Purpose: It is beneficial to reduce stress cracking and deformation caused by shrinkage stress.
6. Reduce deformation. (Same as heat treatment) Symmetrical structure with additional reinforcement ribs.
Stainless steel precision castings are commonly used equipment, with a small footprint, high work efficiency and relatively simple technology. Therefore, they are widely used in cement plants, large steel plants, and so on. In the process of using stainless steel precision castings, each accessory is more important, such as large gears, hollow shafts, stainless steel precision castings liners, etc., because it runs for a long time, and there will be impacts between accessories. It causes wear and affects its production capacity. The lining plate is a frequently replaced part of stainless steel precision castings, and the amount of use is relatively large, so the lining plate will become particularly important.
